Printer-Specific Product Questions:
Can I print in color?
Of course! Sharp MFPs and printers allow you to experience a whole new world of color. The equipment we offer allows you to print in color in an efficient, cost-effective way.
What is the largest print size?
Sharp’s flexible paper handling system supports media up to 110 lb. cover stock and up to 12” x 18” depending on the model. If you would like to use media that is a little larger, you can turn on the banner printing mode and print in size 11” x 40”.
Will the equipment be able to handle the amount of copies we make?
We will conduct a needs assessment to determine the right size model for your work environment. There are several options available, from desktop to high-production printers.
- Multifunction copiers = less than 21 ppm (pages per minute)
- Printers = up to 50 ppm
- High-Production printers = 65+ ppm
Will my printer connect to my network?
Yes, printers and MFPs all have connection capabilities and our technicians can assist you with setup upon delivery. Sharp MFPs are designed to make device setup (including network connection) easier and faster.
Sharing your printer on a wireless network will allow every user on the network to use the printer from wherever they are in the office. There’s no more worrying about transferring documents to your office’s “main computer” to access the printer! To set up your printer on a network, you’ll just have to perform a few steps using the control panel on your printer. Specific instructions may vary for each brand and model, so please refer to user support or submit a service request for assistance.
Can I scan documents to my email or to my company’s file system?
Yes, Sharp MFPs are capable of scanning and sending to your email or a network folder.
But why stop there? Sharp’s advanced series can scan and upload to popular cloud services such as Microsoft OneDrive for business, SharePoint Online, Box.com and Google Drive with Sharp’s Cloud Connect features. This feature can greatly help your business streamline the way you process and organize files.
Does my copier/MFP sort and/or staple?
Yes, at Copeco we can offer all of our floor model MFPs with sorting and stapling capabilities as add-on accessories. We also offer an HP desktop printer line that has built-in stapling capabilities.
When you contact us for a quote or consultation, please be sure to mention the types of capabilities like sorting and stapling that you would like to have in your equipment.
Can I make booklets with my copier/MFP?
Yes, you can. Be sure to choose the saddle finisher for your device for the ability to make booklets.

What does your service include?
A maintenance agreement with Copeco includes parts, labor, toner, drums, a FREE loaner if needed and a Guaranteed response time of four hours for any down equipment.
Is toner included?
Toner is included in our maintenance agreement. To get new toner, it takes approximately one to two business days to have it shipped to your office. Pick up options are also available upon request.
Can we "restrict" color use?
Yes, color usage can be restricted in many different ways. Your service professional will discuss the options with you to determine the best solution for your work environment.

So, if you’re concerned about spending too much on color printing, we can help you find ways to control that, or find the right equipment that offers cost-effective color printing that’s within your budget.
Sharp MFPs are easier to operate, control, monitor, manage and maintain, helping take your business to the next level of productivity and performance. This means that your new MFP or printer will offer you a more efficient way to print in color—so you may find that blocking the ability isn’t necessary! What if my copier stops working in the middle of the five-year lease?
Your copier is covered for the life of your service agreement. We also have flexible upgrade options, service loaners and lease replacement copiers available to keep your office running efficiently and uninterrupted.
How long does it take to get service when my copier is broken?
Customer service is a top priority at Copeco. Our average response time is one to two hours, but we guarantee a response time within four hours.
Is there a warranty on my copier?
All new copiers come with a warranty from the manufacturer. The warranty will be provided to you at the time of purchase. Contact us if you have additional questions pertaining to your specific equipment warranty.
How long does it take to get toner?
It takes approximately one to two business days to get toner shipped to your office. Pick up options are also available upon request. Order supplies online now.
Does ink and toner auto ship?
No, we do not auto ship. However, through our FM audit program, we are able to set up an email alert to be sent to your designated contact so that they can check inventory and request toner as needed.
When will my equipment be delivered?
Typical equipment delivery time is seven to ten business days from the signed order date. You will be contacted to schedule a delivery and installation time when the equipment is ready.
